Do you have a store I can visit?

Yes, we have a personal shopping studio which is our Fly HQ based in Stansted, Essex. You can visit by making an appointment, email us at info@flystyle.co.uk or send us a message via Instagram or Facebook.

Is delivery free?

For orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm our standard UK delivery service is First Class Recorded via Royal Mail (estimated 1 to 3 day delivery time). This service is free if you spend over £50 or £2.95 for orders less than £50.

Should you wish for a speedier delivery you can pay £4.95 for Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (Monday to Thursday before 2pm).

 

For International orders we charge £9.95 to £14.95 per order and send via Royal Mail using a fully insured and trackable service.

If you have a special request regarding delivery get in touch and we will help as much as we can!

Do you have a click and collect service?

Yes, if you want to collect website orders from our Stansted studio we can usually have them ready for you the same working day and will keep for 7 days. We will send an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Do you keep my personal information private?

Yes, you can be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. No card data is stored and all payments are processed by our payment partners SagePay or PayPal.

Can I join your mailing list?

Sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of our homepage to receive our newsletter with regular updates, special promotions and details of events.

Do you offer discounts for new customers?

Yes, as a welcome gift you can claim 10% off your first purchase using voucher code 'NEW10' at the checkout. Offer applies to non sale items and is redeemable on orders over £10. Only one use per customer.

Do you offer style advice?

Yes sure, our experienced team of stylists would be delighted to help with any enquiries or wardrobe dilemmas so feel free to email us on info@flystyle.co.uk . We also have our bespoke range of STYLING SERVICES you can purchase for more in depth advice.

Do you have pop-up shops or events?

Yes lots! We attend local events and shows with an edit of what we offer in store alongside complimentary businesses. If you have an event you think would be a suitable match for us get in touch.

Do you collaborate with other stylists, designers or bloggers?

Yes, give us a call or drop us an email with your ideas and we will happily see if we can work something out.
