Orders placed before 2pm will be sent on the same day
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day
Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm, Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day
CLICK & COLLECT
There is a free ‘local pick up’ option if you are local to our Studio in Stansted and would like to collect your order from there, we will notify you as soon as it is ready for collection.
EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer international delivery using a reliable tracked service either DHL or Royal Mail.
This service has an estimated delivery time of 2-8 days.
European parcels cost a flat rate of £9.95.
For other International parcels postage is charged at £14.95.
Please note we deliver to most Countries but if we have a problem arranging your delivery request we will contact you to advise at the time of you placing your order.
