We hope you are happy with your order but if you wish to return please complete the following process:

Fill in the RETURNS FORM sent with your order & return to the following address listed on the form.

We will process your return and refund within 7 days of receiving your authorised return.

If you would like an exchange or have any general queries about your order please email us on where a member of our team will be happy to help.

Please note when returning items:

  • Items returned without the relevant paperwork or outside our timetable will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned with all tags in place.
  • Take care when trying garments on to avoid make-up, fake tan or deodorant marks as damaged or marked items will not be accepted.
  • We will not accept the return of goods if they have been worn, washed or dry-cleaned.
  • If an item is faulty we will seek to replace it but if this option is not available we will process a refund. Note that goods damaged through general wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
  • We advise you to obtain a proof of postage slip when returning goods as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
  • Sorry we are unable to offer free returns as we are a small business, however we do offer free delivery on orders over £50 to help out as much as we can.
