RETURNS & REFUNDS

In line with guidance detailed on The Citizens Advice website you are entitled to return unwanted items within 14 working days of receiving your order. Simply complete the form enclosed with your order and return to:

We recommend you return using a Royal Mail Signed For Service with proof of postage so you can track your return.

Once received we will process your return and refund the original payment method within 2 working days.

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with no marks or odours so please take care when trying on items. Any items that are sent in gift boxed packaging must all be returned with the items. 

Please note that earrings & hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer free returns labels as we are a small company & this is not feasible for our business. You are responsible for paying return postage, however if your item is faulty we will refund your postage cost.

If you paid for postage with your original order you will be refunded a maximum of £2.95 postage charge even if you selected a more expensive delivery option.

If you qualified for free delivery on your order we do not refund any postage costs.

Please note all SALE items are final & non-returnable.

In the rare incident that you receive a faulty item please accept our apologies and contact info@flystyle.co.uk detailing the issue where we will help either issue a replacement product or offer a refund.
